With fail to remain investigation in City of Kawartha Lakes vehicle is sought by OPP in connection

OPP are looking for the motorist who supposedly failed to remain at a collision in the City of Kawartha Lakes on Thursday night.City of Kawartha Lakes OPP state officers responded to a collision on Hwy. 35 just south of the traffic lights at Kawartha Lakes Rd. 48 in Coboconk, north west of Lindsay.

OPP state the driver of one vehicle subsequently left the scene and allegedly struck another vehicle. 35.

Investigators are currently looking for a midsize pickup truck in the late 1990s to early 2000s. Authorities say it’s possible the vehicle is a Nissan Frontier or a Toyota Tacoma with a cab, longbox with fibreglass cap onto the back.
